Wire Type: This 30AWG PERFECT CRYSTAL OCC (PCOCC) litz wire is 0.55mm outer diameter. It's litz construction 7 strands and each strand is 0.1mm diameter 99.999% 5N PERFECT CRYSTAL OCC (PCOCC) wires in oversized PTFE Teflon insulation for a more cleaner sound. Woven Teflon Litz construction is ideal to deliver RFI and EMI rejection and provides low capacitance. High grade Teflon insulation gives a predominant air dielectric and is regarded as the best insulator for bare cable.
PCOCC is some of the finest copper wires available for audio and lends itself perfectly to the delicate signal transfer between your cartridge and headshell.
Unlike common manufacturing processes, the PCOCC copper wires undergo a tightly controlled and extended cooling process resulting in an ideal, homogeneous structure.
